If Tiger Woods really wanted to do the right thing he would have skipped the Masters. Playing shows he’s certainly putting himself first. Lucky for Tiger his whole ordeal went down in the winter, and he has missed no major tournaments. Sure he lost a few sponsors, and probably could have won a $1m or so golfing this year, but when you’re worth a couple hundred million who cares. I’m sure he believes that in a couple of years, he’ll have the most majors and public resentment will be long gone. He should’ve said I’m ready to play, but with everything that happened, I’m going to punish myself and withdrawal from the Masters. I guess missing a shot at another major is too important to miss.

Tiger Should Have Skipped the Masters.
If Tiger Woods really wanted to do the right thing he would have skipped the Masters. Playing shows he’s certainly putting himself first. Lucky for Tiger his whole ordeal went down in the winter, and he has missed no major tournaments. Sure he lost a few sponsors, and probably could have won a $1m or so golfing this year, but when you’re worth a couple hundred million who cares.
