Spotted: Chace Crawford getting arrested for pot possession in Plano, Texas. He was outside of a pub and the cops found 1 unlit joint on him. I guess it doesn't hurt to have pot-press right before your movie, Twelve, comes out where you play a drug dealer..........hmm.
