Shellac It!

Yesterday I went and got my nails done. Pampering myself with nail appts if one of my all time favorite things to do. I love when my nails just looks pretty and done all the time, and who can deny a good pedicure! I go back and forth between having acrylic nails, and then taking them off. Everyone has their own opinion of them. Some love them, some hate them, I happen to love them. To have a perfect french manicure for 2 solid weeks, and then have an excuse to hit the nail salon every 2 weeks, I am sold!

But once in a while my nails need a break for the damage that acrylics does do, so yesterday I had them taken off and then tried a new manicure that I have been hearing a lot of good things about, CND Shellac.

Let me just say, it's only day 2, and I am sold! It is a gel polish instead of a regular nail polish.  My nails are harder with this stuff instead of the regular OPI nail polishes I would use, and they have a great shiney/glossy finish.

I took a couple of pictures right when I got home yesterday, and I will track my progress on here as well! They are supposed to last 10 days to 2 weeks. Some people even have them last for 3 weeks! I will keep you posted on how it goes over here!
