I was with couple of Big 5 consulting firms. Its good to work for them to add some weight to your resume. But I feel they really dont care for employees let it be immigration, comfort feeling, value to the employees etc.
So make terms clear before joining.

Thats ok even if she doesn't have AP. That is perfectly fine. Don't worry her H4 is already stamped and she has time till next year. She is totally safe even if she does not have AP.

Thanks, since I applied June 12th, and expecting it before August 3rd, looks like it is going to be a problem...!!
I applied on April 7th and got on June 8th.

yes, I have done that. I had visa stamp of Company A and I was working for Company B. please note that the visa stamp of Company A was not expired when I entered US port of entry. At port of entry, I showed the H1 approval notice of new employer. Please make sure that they stamp the expiry date in your I-94 based on your new approval notice of Company B. that is very important.

I know Steve prefers to go flashless and knock the ISO up to 1600 but then he's usually shooting bands with huge light shows. Shooting these bands in small clubs who don't have an extravagant light show without a flash I find most of the time my results are too dark. I first try to use the bounce flash method and if that doesn't work out I'll use it straight on but with a lower setting to where it doesn't completely wash out the color of the stage lighting. But yea, that would be my critique, 3 of 4 of your shots are on the dark side.
